Meet the Doctor

Dr. Keelan O’Malley is a second generation dentist originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia whose journey in dentistry commenced at the esteemed McGill University in Montreal, where he completed his DMD degree (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry). To further hone his skills, he pursued a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health in Rochester, New York. His dedication to excellence didn’t stop there; he extended his stay in Rochester to complete a one-year oral and maxillofacial surgery internship.

This past summer, Dr. O’Malley made Calgary his new home and is now an integral part of our team. His primary focus within our practice centers around oral surgery procedures. These include wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, and various periodontal and gum surgeries.

Dr. O’Malley understands that the prospect of oral surgery can be a source of stress for many. That is why he’s committed to educating his patients and ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience. Your well-being is his priority, and he’s here to guide you through the process with care and expertise.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. O’Malley is an advocate for an active lifestyle, often finding himself amidst the beauty of the mountains. He’s also a passionate culinary enthusiast, delighting in the art of cooking and exploring a wide variety of dishes.
